Supporting the growth strategy
Haugen-Gruppen Ltd is one of the largest import, sales and marketing companies in the Nordic countries for food products. In Finland, the company works with several iconic food brands in order to enrich the Finnish food culture.
Haugen-Gruppen has a strong growth strategy. In order to support the strategy, they wanted to strengthen their future orientation by examining their changing operational landscape with their entire staff.
The project was successful and the end result supports well our new strategy. The entire staff was excited to participate in the workshop. We are already planning on continuing the work.

Building a future vision with everyone that supports the strategy
A comprehensive future workshop was organized for the entire personnel in May 2022, where important opportunities and threats affecting the strategy were identified together, and required actions were prioritized.
