The CX Futurizer Toolbox is a toolkit for every customer experience developer. It includes inspiring tools, canvases, maps, and a 72-page handbook for engaging workshops.

We want to bring consulting-level skills and knowledge into a more accessible format. When the world changes, the tools must change along with it.

The toolbox has been designed to be so easy to use that you will definitely be able to work with it on your own.
